Obtaining License

You must obtain and install the AIE-MLv2 Compiler and Vivado ML Enterprise Edition licenses. The AIE-MLv2 Compiler license is required to compile models in the Docker container, and the Vivado ML Enterprise Edition license is required to build the reference design platform.

Follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have a registered AMD account.

2. Complete and submit the AMD License Form using your AMD account details.

3. After submission, you are redirected to the AMD Product Licensing page.

4. In the Account dropdown, select your personal or AMD corporate account.

5. Locate and select the 2025 AI Engine Tools License product, then download the license file.

6. Install the license on your build machine.
